The move ahead practice on Friedrichstraße in Berlin Mitte is a highly modern specialist practice for foot and ankle surgery and orthopaedics, specialising in private patients and self-paying patients. We offer holistic care with an all-in-one solution – from diagnostics, X-ray and DVT imaging, through physiotherapy and the medical supply store, to surgical procedures.
You will have the opportunity to take on an important role in practice operations within a dynamic team and to develop in the long term, potentially progressing into practice management. Your tasks as a medical technical assistant

Registration and patient reception: You will support our front desk team and be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

Blood sampling and laboratory tests: You perform blood sampling and prepare the laboratory tests.

X-ray assistant (not mandatory): You assist in performing X-rays and imaging procedures.

Operating room management: You will assist in the preparation and follow-up of operations in the field of foot and ankle surgery.

Consultation assistant: You support our doctors during consultations and ensure a structured examination process.

Isynet operating system: You use the Isynet operating system for efficient documentation and management of patient data.
This is what you bring with you

Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or a comparable qualification

Experience in patient care, blood sampling, and assisting in surgery is an advantage

Interest in working in a specialised practice for foot and ankle surgery

Experience in using practice management software, ideally the Isynet system (career changers with software skills are also welcome)
